1.0  Updating/Adding/Removing DEGs from Parameter List Look-Up
  1. Navigate to "Administration for Action Items" menu item from the CAPA module menu.
  2. Click on "Dictionary Entries Group"
  3. Click on "Early Alert Parameter List"

  1. Click on "Create"
  2. Type in the name of a parameter as listed in LIMS to be added
  3. Click on "Chevron" to save
  4. Click on the parameter name form the list
  5. Click "Edit"
  6. Type in the description of the parameter as listed in LIMS.  NOTE: This item will be shown on the Customer Initial and Final Notification
  7. Click "Save Changes"
  8. Click "Close" to return to list of Parameters.

  1. Click on "Delete" icon next to the parameter you wish to delete.

  1. Click on the parameter name form the list
  2. Click "Edit"
  3. Make necessary modifications
  4. Click "Save Changes"
  5. Click "Close" to return to list of Parameters.

  1. Navigate to "Administration for Action Items" menu item from the CAPA module menu.
  2. Click on "Dictionary Entries Group"
  3. Click on "Early Alert Product List"

2.1 Adding a New Product

  1. Click on "Create" button
  2. Type in the name of the product using the following format:  Product Name - Product PCN - Intel Specific PCN
  3. Click on the chevron to save changes

NOTE:  Intel Specific PCN will only be available for Intel part numbers.  If adding a none Intel product, just leave the Name and Product PCN in the name field.  Make sure the title of the product matched JDE and LIMS.  Make sure if there are any dashes in the product name to replace them with a space.  

NOTE: This item will be shown on the Customer Initial and Final Notification

  1. Press delete button to remove an existing parameter

  1. Click on the Product name to be updated
  2. Click on "Edit" button, and make appropriate changes
  3. Click on "Save Changes" button
  4. Click on "Close" to return to list of Products

  1. Clicking on the "Compliant Pro" logo will always get you directly to the home screen.  Clicking on the "Close" button will get you to the list of various DEG's set-up for Early Alerts.
