When Authors are missing from any module within Cpro you can run the following script to correct

Enter into the URL the following. Cpro.esiglobalnet.com/ibs/qsi/qsi_js_runner.xsp

Enter the following text into the main field

Obtain the daily password from Siemens and enter into password field and Confirm.
