How to Reset C-Pro User Account Password

1. System Log-In

To log into C-Pro use the following link: https://cpro.esiglobalnet.com/ibs/qsi/qsi_login.xsp

  1. Input system credentials and press login

Help desk login:

Username: Genpact

Password: Number1!

  1. Open Navigation Menu
  2. Expand "Administration"
  3. Click on "Directory"

3. Search for User Account

  1. Select Internal
  2. Type First Name in the search box
  3. Click to Search

4. Select User

After search has been executed select the appropriate user form the list by clicking on their username.

5. Change Password

Press the "Change Password" button

Enter and confirm new password (Must be a minimum of 7 characters and include: Uppercase, lowercase, number and special character)

Default Password: Number1!

  1. Enter New Password in the 2 boxes
  2. Press the "Save" button to save new password
