User Profiles
1. Add Users
From the Navigation icon, select Administration and User Profiles
2. Creating Users
Select 'Add User' to set up. Ensure that the names you need are already in the Directory.
3. Internal External or Group
Use the drop down to select either internal, External or a group name from the directory search
4. Adding a single user
If you are adding a single user with specific roles and allowances, enter their first or last name to the search field and double click to add it to the box to the right. Save first before proceeding with setting up organizations, allowances and functional roles
5. Import Users
If several users need the same allowances and functional roles you can select 'Import User(s)' and add them in one go and all the same criteria will be added to each person.
6. Multiple Users import
Once all the names have been entered click on Execute Import and save before continuing. Select Edit to continue adding organizations, allowances and functional roles.
7. Creating Orgs, functional Roles and allowances
Edit the saved user profile and add an organization. Multiple organizations can be set up here with different allowances and functional roles for each as appropriate.
8. Selecting an Organization
Choose an organization from the drop down box and hit the forward Chevron
9. Choose roles and allowances
Depending on this persons requirements for the selected Org, move allowances and functional roles into the right hand selection boxes. This will allow them necessary access and rights
10. Global Roles
If the selected person needs to have a higher global responsibility then click on Global roles and choose an admin role. Super Administrator for example would allow them total rights in all orgs. Click on any of the individual Orgs to show what rights they have in them.
