  1. Click on "Local Reports" on the left side menu
  2. Click on "Early Alerts" folder

  1. Click on "Early Alert Initial Customer Notification" to run report
  2. Type in Early Alert controlling number
  3. Click submit

If the form does not need any revising it can be exported directly into PDF.  

  1. Click on Export button
  2. Select "Acrobat Format (PDF)"
  3. Click "OK"
  4. Proceed to saving file to your computer

This report can now be send to the customer.  It must also be attached to the "Initial Communication Response" for this early alert to complete that response.

If the form does need revision or addition of images it can be exported into Word.  Sometimes the images are not sized properly and need to be adjusted, this is one of the reasons why importing into Word can be useful.  After the changes are made in word it should be saved as a PDF and then emailed to the customer and attached into the "Initial Communication Response" for this early alert.  

  1. Click on Export button
  2. Select "MS Word"
  3. Click "OK"
  4. Proceed with necessary changes to the report.
  5. Save the file into PDF prior to emailing it to customer and attaching into the "Initial Communication Response"

3.0 Final Communication Response

  1. Click on "Early Alert Final Customer Notification" to run report
  2. Type in Early Alert controlling number
  3. Click submit

3.1  Exporting to PDF or Word

Follow steps shows in section 2.1 and 2.2 from the Final Communication Response report.
