Create a new PAR
Select relevant Org and PAR class and doc type then hit chevron to proceed
PAR Title
Give the PAR a title which means something in regard to the issue. Doing this may help you search for the PAR better in the future
Effectiveness Review
Specify the number of days to pass before an effectiveness review is due or uncheck the box to make it not required.
Allowance for ownership
Select an allowance for an expediter. If the expediter you want to find does not have the allowance in his user profile that you have chosen then you will not find their name in the drop down list. Choose another allowance or contact your administrator to help
Choosing an Expediter
Select an expediter from the drop down list. Expand this list by increasing the number of entries from 6 to a larger number. Choose Add Selected when an entry is found and hi-lighted.
Select Department
Choose a department that this PAR relates to. You may select more than one.
Priority Setting
Select a priority for completion. The actual date may be adjusted
Problem Description
Select the source of PAR
Basic Problem
Select the Basic Problem from the drop down
Problem Description, Problem Profile and Recommendation
Complete the boxes. The problem and the problem profile are mandatory
Additional Information
You can attach your own files here. You can also use the blank 8D templates pre attached which you would have to fill in and save locally then re-attach here
Associated Items and Hosted Master Data
You can associate other items from within CPro such as an NCMR, a document or a CAR perhaps. You can also add a Product Profile from Master data if it is loaded into the system
