Open a Corrective Action Request you want a summary report for and select the Worksheet form  called 8D Form

Select 'Open' for example

The uploaded worksheet summary will pull many of the fields from CPro and populate sections with information.  For any data that is missing you need to manually put the information in.

Certain fields are not populated in the form so you need to update it before attaching it back to CPro. When you have finished filling the form you need to save this summary locally on one of your drives.

Put your CAR Request into edit mode in order to attach the summary form to it.  Editing will not change the status of the CAR. Use the 'Attach File' option and attach your completed 8D summary.
