Remaining in read mode, scroll down the request form and when you are ready to fill in a containment response, click the 'Create Containment Response' button

You are able to change the due date if required. There now appears a link directly back to the originating request form

Create or update any hosted data or associated items as well as adding recipients. Press the 'Complete response' to proceed to the Resolution Response for this CAR
