Create study results (Findings Forms) from the MSA Plan
1. Equipment profile
Opening the equipment profile and selecting @measurement Systems Analysis' from the left hand side special actions menu will show what plans have been created before. This view will show in-process as well as completed plans.
2. Assessment Findings Forms
To create a single or multiple study results, scroll down the Plan to the Assessment Findings section and click on create.
3. Study Type
Using the drop down list you can choose the type of study you want to create in response to this plan
Hit the >>> button to accept and move forward
4. Assessment Findings Form Status
You can opt to set the current status
5. Controlling Document
Once the findings form is generated it will show the Controlling document as a link which is the equipment profile to which this and the plan belongs. The originating item shows as the plan. In the ownership section you can add a co-assessor by using the >>> button.
6. Study Summary
In these tables you can add as much information you wish about the outcome of the study. You can also add time and cost elements
7. Study Results
Enter the score in the box provided. Do not use special symbols such as %. Simply use numbers.
You can also paste images such as Minitab output
8. Attachments and Associated Items
Use the Attach file button to create attachments. You can also use the Manage Associated Items button to add other documents from within Cpro such as other equipment, documents, PAR's, Control Plans, other studies etc
9. Complete the study results
You can save, save and close or choose to complete the form if you have completed all sections and attachments.
10. Status
The findings form will show completed once you have clicked the complete button
11. Completing the plan
Once the findings form has been completed you now need to go back to the plan and choose 'All Evaluations Completed'. This will close the Plan and, if the auto generate option is chosen, will generate the next plan automatically according to the number of months chosen in the plan assessment schedule.
