Use the new button to create a new piece of equipment

Select the organization where this equipment lives, then select the profile class

Use the pick lists under each category to select Equipment type, Location, Requirements and status. Key equipment relates to ISI/TS 16949 requirement

Give a title for the equipment. An equipment number will be auto generated when this profile is saved

Enter optional information about the equipment

Use the 'attach file' button to attach instructions, pictures etc. Use 'Associated Items' to link to other CPro documentation such as Work Instructions, or Procedures etc.

Always update the Reason for Change section when changes are made to the equipment such as status that changes the revision number of the profile

Use the button to the right to add recipients and either save and close or approve. Just closing will not save the document

Select an allowance which you must have in your User Profile and enter your password to approve and hit confirm
