Create Record Findings Form
Open the Record Plan and scroll down to the Record Findings Forms section and select either Findings Form or Multiple Findings form.

Once created, the findings form shows a link back to the profile and the record plan
Calibration Detail
Specify any detail of the calibration, if required. Attachment(s) is required for both internal and external calibration to show compliance. Typical attachment is certificate of calibration and/or results of calibration data. A statement of whether or not the equipment was in or out of calibration.
Returned to Service
Specify the date the equipment was returned to service using the calendar provided
Notes, Associated Items and Notification
As required, make any special notes on the calibration event, any associated items such as work instructions etc and cc any other people using the notification feature
Completion of the Findings Form
Either Save & Close or Complete the Record Findings form
