Creating a Plan of Calibration
Open an Equipment Profile and using Special actions, select 'Calibration Records'.
Create Special Action - Calibration Plan
Hit the 'Create Special Action' button to create the plan
New Calibration Plan
Hit the forward Chevron to create the plan

Give the plan a title of your choice
Responsibility
Enter an allowance, lead calibration Technician and a manager. These are defaulted to the author but can be changed. Ensure that the new name(s) you are looking to pick have the appropriate allowance in their user profile
Priority & Schedule
Enter the start date for the calibration and the date done. Then set the calibration frequency based on record completion due date or date done as appropriate. Automatic scheduling weill continue unless you select manual invocation
Record Description
Enter detail about the calibration and what needs to happen and how.
Associated items and hosted master data
Create an associated items such as other equipment or standards which may be related to this one. Hosted data can be other profiles
Notification and Read Restriction
You can use the button to the right to add others for notification of this plan and also apply a read restriction where necessary. When ready, submit for acceptance
