Editing Sections content
Migrated information (if not attachment only) will show in sections. You may need to make edits to this information before or after you move it to standard CPro sections we will create in later slides.
Migrated attachments
If your documents are attachments only or have attachments as well as section text, then you will want to move these from the imported QSI section to the CPro section 4.0 Attachments. Save these attachments locally and make any necessary changes. Consider putting the content into CPro sections. It is a preferred method.
Migrated QSI Legacy for Change
From QSI the change records will come over to their own section but you also want to get this into the standard CPro section 'Reason for Change'
QSI Legacy document history
From QSI will come the history of the document. This can be removed for future revisions when we edit layout as it will be visible in CPro archives anyway
Editing layout
Scroll to the top or bottom of the document and select 'Edit Layout'. Do this once you have checked all sections and know exactly what sections you want and those you don't.
Editing layout
At the bottom you need to check 'Apply Current Edition of Original template Layout' and hit 'confirm'. This will bring in the programmed sections intended for use in CPro documents.
Editing layout
Choose 'Edit Layout' again and you will now see the standard CPro numbered sections at the top followed by the migrated QSI sections we will want to delete. First of all you need to transfer the information you need from the QSI sections into the CPro sections.
Unwanted sections removal
Once information is transferred you can Edit Layout and put a check in the box of the section(s) you wish to delete and hit confirm.
Attachments
Your saved attachments can now be re-attached to the CPro section 4.0 using the attach file button.
Attachments
Make sure you add a title for your attachment or else it will not be saved.

You may receive this message when confirming re-attachments. Enter OK to this
