An answer of yes gives an additional box for information and automatically creates a Liability Risk Notification upon completion

After the Risk Notification has been generated a link is shown on the complaint form.

Each Liability Risk Notification is Recorded Permanently in the system

The Notification Document provides a link to the customer complaint that triggered the notification, as well as the customer involved.
