Open the desired Customer Request
Click "Create Resolution Response"
- Select Customer Request Response
- Click the Chevron
Solution
- Briefly describe what was done to resolve the Customer's Request
- Attach any relevant information that is to be shared with the customer
- Attach or describe anything additional that is NOT TO BE SHARED WITH THE CUSTOMER
1. Submit for Approval
Click "Submit for Approval"
2. Submit for Approval (Screen 1)
Click the Chevron
3. Submit for Approval (Screen 2)
- Click the desired approver
- Click the top arrow to add to the "Selected Approvers" box
Click the Chevron
4. Submit for Approval (Screen 3)
- Review that the correct approvers are selected
- Add anyone for additional notification (email) that the request has been submitted for approval
- Click "Confirm Submit"
