Creating a Complaint
Search for Approved Customer Profiles
A Customer Request needs to be raised from an Approved Profile. You cannot create a request using the 'NEW' button
Customer Selection
Click on the customer you wish to create a request for
Creating the Request
Select the Organization that is responsible for this request i.e the site you are going to send this request to. Hit chevron when ready
Allowance
Those available as expediters is dependent on the Allowance filter Quality Assurance. The person you wish to send this request to must have the Quality Assurance allowance in their user profile
Expediters
Find the expediter (1) you need from the list who needs to deal with the request and 'Add Selected' (2)
Categorization
Select the appropriate Customer Request Topic, Customer Type, and Manufacturing Location that the request is being submitted to.
Description
Describe the customers request as well as the type of response the customer is expecting.
Notifying others
Save, Save & Close or Submit for Acceptance
