Select the Org where this training course belongs and select Course, Certification or On the Job Training and Chevron when ready

Course Title

Enter a title for this course in the title field. Note also that this record will generate a unique reference number upon saving of the document and will have the prefix CRS-

Select the department(s) this course relates to and Chevron when ready

Release Schedule

(1)The default is for this schedule to be released when approved. If you require different then you can select dates or days to delay the release. (2)The Audit Schedule refers to the number of months to pass before this course detail requires review.

Rules pertaining to this course can be specified including completion type (Complete only or Pass/Fail), Effectiveness Review options and renewal periods for retraining. A cost and time must be entered in all instances to proceed further.

Enter detail of this course using, as required, the editor tools to change aspects such as font size, color, underline. insert table and so on.  You can also place a screenshot in this section.

Attachments

Attachments and Associated Items

Add any required files or pictures etc using the 'Attach File' button. The 'Manage File Attachments' button is to remove any attachments which you no longer need.

After selecting 'Attach File' you will be prompted with the Browse button (1) to search for Directory for the file. You can create multiple attachments by clicking the small icon (2) to add as many extra fields as you require. You must enter a title (3) for each attachment or the attachment will not be saved.   Hit confirm (4) when ready.

Associated Items

Using the 'Manage Associated Items' button you can associate other documents within Cpro with this record.  This may include other similar courses or perhaps document control docs such as work instructions and Forms etc. You can associate items from any org.

Select the Class of document you wish to associate (1) then choose the org (1)where the associated item resides then select the doc type (1). Options relevant to your choices will appear in Blue on the left hand side (2). You can open any one of these doc types to find the document you require. Select one or more required doc(s) and click 'Add Selected Document(s) (3). Once you have added the selected documents you must then click the chevron (4) to put your selected choices into the Course document.  The small buttons on the right side of the screen allow you to sort the order of your selected documents using up and down arrows and/or remove ones entered by accident by using the red X option.

Use the Reason for change table to keep a record of the changes to each revision of this document. You can signify the section changed and the reason.

Use the Chevron button to open access to the Directory. Enter the first name of people you wish to copy when this record is released.

Approval

Confirm submit

At any point you can Save or Save and Close. When you have completed all required information you can select Approve, select the allowance and then choose 'Confirm'.

The document is now approved and released and displays a control number. (1). Other options now appear at the top which would enable you to 'Modify', 'Change Owners and Readers' or 'Obsolete'. (2) These do depend on access rights so if you need these but cannot see, please contact your Cpro Administrator.
