1. System Log-In
To log into C-Pro use the following link: https://cpro.esiglobalnet.com/ibs/qsi/qsi_login.xsp
- Input system credentials and press login
Help desk login:
Username: Genpact
Password: Number1!
2. Navigate to System Directory
- Open Navigation Menu
- Expand "Administration"
- Click on "Directory"
3. Search for User Account
- Select Internal
- Type First Name in the search box
- Click to Search
4. Select User
After search has been executed select the appropriate user form the list by clicking on their username.
5. Edit User Account
- Press the "Edit" button
- Uncheck the "User Enabled" Check Box
- Press the "Save" button to save changes
