3. Existing User Handling
Select the Appropriate Option from the List
- Add: Adds the selected allowances and roles to the user profile
- Replace: Removes Everything from the user profile and replaces with the selected allowances and roles
- Make No Changes: Will create new user profiles for selected users with the selected allowances and roles, but makes No Changes to the user profile if it already exists.
4. Search for Users
- Search for Users by First or Last Name
- Double Click a User Name from the Search Results Box to add it to the box on the right.
- The right box contains the names of all users to be modified.
5. Organization Selection
- Click on "Organizations" on the left hand side.
- Click the "Add Organization" button
9. Adding Allowances and Roles Within the Selected Organization
- Note that the Organization Name has been added to the left hand Navigation Bar
- Assign Allowances Here
- Assign Functional Roles Here
- Assign Administrative Roles Here (Note: You will very rarely be doing a mass update for Admin Roles)
10. Make Your Selections and Execute Import
- Double Click or use the arrow buttons to add Allowances and Roles to the Boxes on the Right
- Click Execute Import to Update All of the Selected User Accounts.
Note: You may repeat steps 5-9 to add more organizations (with their own allowances and roles) to the selected user profiles prior to clicking "Execute Import" if desired
