Managing Users in the Directory
Directory
Select Directory to start the process of adding users to the system
Adding Users
Select NEW to make a new entry. Select either Internal or External.
Decide if the user is Internal or External
You may wish to add an external users as customer contact names for example
Complete Details About New User
Set a standard Password for the set up and allow the user to change as they please. Click 'Add Directory User' button when complete.
User Directory Rights
Depending on a users role in the organization you may need them to have certain creation rights such as creating other users in the system. Click on 'Save' when done
Functions of the Directory
You can delete a User by putting a check against their name and hitting 'Delete Selected'. By putting a check against their name and hitting 'Email to Selected' you can email one or more
Changing Details
Changing User Detail
Edit boxed information such as name and contact information but note, it is not possible to change a user name.
Managing Group Name Entries
In 'Manage Groups' you can create 'NEW' groups
Group/External Names
Complete the Group Name for example and Save when complete
Directory search name
Use the drop down box to select internal, external or group names
