Creating a Profile

In the following slides we will see what a Product Profile looks like. Within a specific product profile would be for example, change records, NCMR's, audit reports etc

Profile Title

Add a unique title for your profile, Depending on the type of profile it could be a product name, a department name or a customer

All profiles will look different depending upon the subject but enter the information in the fields within the form which will make searching possible.

Search and Filter Categories

These are called DEG's (Dictionary Entry Groups) and are additional fields to enable searching.

The profile may have tables which are used to contain details. This may be a persons detail or a products characteristics etc

Sometimes you may wish to attach certain information such as pictures. Use 'Attach File' to do this

Manage Associated Items

Manage Associated Items

You can use associated items to link to other documents in CPro such as work instructions and procedures. Once all the information is entered you can use 'Submission Wizard' to approve it.

Saved profiles are visible in the relevant CPro module view.

Special Actions

Special Actions

From profiles there will be many 'Special Actions' available. In this example, with your profile open you can click on 'Action Items' and CPro will create an action item and associate it with this profile and vice versa.
