Finding the Customer info Module

From the Navigation button you can expose the module views. Customer Information module contains Complaints and profiles among other features

Customer Complaints

Customer Complaints

Selecting Customer complaints will show all complaints in the system for the Organization you are in.

Approved Customer Profiles

Approved Customer Profiles

This is where you would start the process of creating a customer complaint. A complaint cannot be created from the new button.

This view shows all profiles, approved and unapproved

Administration for Customer Information

Administration for Customer Information

The admin views are for managing the system by specified admins

The action buttons

The action buttons

The new button is not used to create complaints.  The Edit button is used to edit the complaint you have open.

Change Owners & Readers

Change Owners & Readers

The Change Owners & Readers button can be selected to change the current owner of the selected complaint and/or add readers who may not currently have access

Check for Completion

Check for Completion

This option will start the process for completion and closure of a complaint

Request Reassignment

Request Reassignment

This option can be used if you know the complaint has been assigned to you in error and you know who you need to reassign it to

Abort Action Request

Abort Action Request

This option is used to stop a process you may have started and aborts the current process state the complaint may be in.

Make Copy

Make Copy

The Make Copy option would make an almost exact copy of this complaint except for the complaint number and the status. The complaint number does not copy and the status of the copy will be draft

Print Preview

The Print preview option will present the complaint to you to show how it will look when printed.

Document Explorer

Document Explorer

The Document Explorer will present certain key characteristics of the document to you on screen. It is most likely to be used by those with admin rights.

Indices

Indices

The Indices option is for admin use and shows the programming information

Close Document

Close Document

The Close option closes the document regardless of the status of the document. No prompts are given to save before closing and if you have not saved the complaint you will lose what work you have done by hitting 'close'.

Enable Search Builder

Enable Search Builder

Back in the overview, this option will allow you to create a detailed search of all the complaints in view. This feature is covered in detail in other slides in CProhelp
