1. Log into C-Pro
- Open C-Pro: https://cpro.alent.com/ibs/qsi/qsi_login.xsp
- Type in your username
- Type in your current password
- Click "Login" button
2. User Settings
- From Portal Menu click on "User Settings"
2.1. Directory Password
- Click on "Directory Password"
3. Change Password
- Click on "Change Password" Button
3.1. Enter Current & New Password Information
- Type in current or default password
- Type in your new password (Must be a minimum of 7 chracters and include: Uppercase, lowercase, number and special character)
- Confirm new password (must match previously entered new password)
3.2. Save Changes
- Save changes by pressing the "Save" button
3.3. Successful Change
This message will confirm that password was successfully changed
