Open the In Process Request document
Scroll down the Responses section and click on 'Create Resolution Response'.
Detail how the request was resolved
You can use the 'Attach File' button to make attachment(s). You can use the 'Manage File Attachments' button to delete or reorder existing attachments
In addition to those people in the notification list on the request you can add additional names in this response. There is no need to put the same names in again. You can 'Save', 'Save and close' if you wish to return later to add additional information or click on Submit for Approval' when ready
Click on the forward chevron to submit your response to the owner of the request

Confirm submit or go back
Response Approval
The owner of the request can now choose to approve or reject the response
Type in Cpro password and hit confirm to approve the request response and close the request
Status is now completed. Note that it is possible to reopen a customer request
Create a Note
At any time, closed or open, anyone can create a note within a request to make comments.
