Create New Customer Request

Click on the 'New' button to create a request

Select the org where this request should belong and ensure the correct doc class is selected. Customer Request. Chevron to accept

Give your request a title

Click on the chevron and search the directory for the name of the person whom you wish to send this request to

Make the name selection and click 'add selected'.

In the Categorization section click on the blue topics to make selections as required.

Select a due date when you need this request completed by. Use the calendar icon to pick a date

Detail what the request is specifically and detail what type of response you wish to see

Use the 'Attach File' button to attach file(s). Use the 'Manage File Attachments' button to remove or reorder existing attachments

You can use the 'Associated Items button to link to any other document already in Cpro. Use the Hosted Customer Profiles Master Data button to make a link to a customers name and location. THis profile must already exist as a customer profile in Cpro to be able to select it.

To add people to the copy to on this request use the chevron to bring up the directory field and type in first or last name one by one and double click each one to populate the box on the right with the names

You can 'Save', 'Save and Close' to return later with additional information or when ready you should 'Submit for Acceptnace' which will send this request to your chosen expediter.
