Select the NEW button from anywhere in CPro

Select your org, Customer Dashboard profile for class and doc type. Hit Chevron to approve

Title your Dashboard profile so it is recognizable to you in the future

The custom dashboard section displays what link(s) you are about to push to the selected user

Save the document or approve if you are ready to proceed

Select an allowance and enter your password and confirm

The approved profile now shows with a unique number and revision control in case you want to resend updates at any time.

When you have approved the profile you will see to the left in the menu a Special Action option called 'Administrative Utilities'.  Select this.

Hit the chevron to create a dashboard push utility

Title the Utility

Give the created utility a title of your choice. You will notice that this utility has brought with it, as a controlling document, the custom profile document you created at the start so it knows what dashboard(s) you want to push

Select the person(s) who need to receive your dashboard. Dry run is checked as default which means changes will not be made but it instead tells you if it will be a successful push or not.  It is always advisable to do a dry run first.

Submit the Utility

Choose the 'submit to expediter' option. This utility is set to send to the author.

Check ready for implementation to push your changes. Remember though that you have selected 'Dry Run' so actual changes will not be made but will show you if what you are doing will be successful or not.

Keep hitting 'Reload' until you see the document go from 'Implementing Changes' to 'Closed - Implemented'.

The utility will show completed once the proposed changes have been made.

Within the utility document you will be able to see a summary of the changes which would have been made if Dry run had not been checked. If it had not worked properly then you may have seen a zero in the number of items changed.  e.g if you forgot to enter a recipients name.

To run the utility for real, select 'Reopen'

Select 'edit' in order to remove the 'dry run' check box

Choose the save button to accept your change.

Implement the utility - live

To run the utility again and push the dashboaard for real instead of a dry run, choose again 'Check Ready for Implementation. The process from here on is the same as before to implement.
