New Request Creation
From the NEW button, create an NCMR request. NCMR's are found under Product Information or you can use the NEW button from anywhere.
Selecting Org, Class, Type and Layout
Select the Org where this NCMR relates and choose the >>> chevron to accept and create the request
NCMR Title
Give your NCMR a title. Remember, the title will be a source of searching so make it as informative as possible even including lot number if appropriate
Allowance and Expediter
Choose an allowance to filter those with access those persons eligible to be an expediter. Choose an expediter or expediters using the directory look up.
Categorization
As applicable, select a product type and a failure type
NCMR Priority
Select a priority and a date when this NCMR should be dealt with
Problem Description
Select the source of the NCMR and give a detailed description of the problem, initial action(s) taken and a recommendation
Image Inclusion
You can include an image of the failure etc in the box provided
Attachment
Include, as required, any number of attachments relevant to this NCMR. The 'Manage File Attachments' button will allow you to remove attachments you don't want
Associated Items
You can associate other items from Cpro as well as hosting master data files such as profiles
Notify others & Submit
You can copy other people and then when ready, 'Submit to Expediter'.
