Creating Reports using the Reporting Module
Reporting Access
From the Navigation icon you can access the Reporting section and all of the associated modules available to report on
Report Options
Click on the required reporting module to activate the report
Building the Report
As with the Search Builder, drill down within the records within the selected module to build the graph. Execute query when all your selections have been made.
Marked saved reports
Putting a check in the 'Marked' box will keep this search for 30 days. It will expire within this time if it is not re-saved.
Producing the graph
Hitting 'Execute query' will produce your graph if your drill down criteria is valid in any of the entries in that module. You can changed the style of graph using the options at the top.
