From the Navigation & Portal view you can access the My Tasks menu by different kinds of sorting menus to see the same data. My Tasks are all activities awaiting your action. You can access these records from this screen.

My Tracking is available from the Portal view My Tracking and shows all activities that you are associated with, not just as an expediter but as a manager or Author for others to complete. This allows you to maintain your work. You can access these records from this screen.

Available from the Portal view, this shows all open activities from the Training & Qualification Module by various criteria. You can access these records from this screen.
