This article will walk you though making a change to a Minitab user name. This will be necessary for Minitab users whenever their company email address changes. The article is split into 2 sections. First it will walk you through removing the old username, and second - creating the new one.
1. Removing the old user name
1.1. My Apps
- Open Myapps and click on the Minitab Icon to sign in
1.2. Navigate to the Minitab Product Section
- Click "Minitab Statistical Software" in the "My Products" section
1.5. Search
- Use the search box on the right side of the "Manage Users" section to search for the user name to be removed
- Click "Options" next to the user name
2. Creating the New Account
- Navigate to the "Manage Subscription" section as shown in Section 1.5 of this article
- Click "Add Users"
2.1. Add Users
- Enter the users new email address in the box as shown
- Select "User" under "Product Roles"
- Make an appropriate Language Preference if desired
- Click "Add Users" when complete
