1. Accessing the Corporate SharePoint Site
Navigate to the ESI SharePoint site at https://redpostman.sharepoint.com/
- Click "Functional Teams"
- Click "Supply Chain"
1.2. Corporate KPIs and Monthly Reporting
- You want to focus on the "Monthly Reporting" section on the right side of the page.
- Click on the "Trident Master" folder.
if you cannot access the KPI Site (https://redpostman.sharepoint.com/sites/MPS/SC/KPI/Pages/Home.aspx) you will need to enter a help desk ticket into Service Now and request access to the URL shown here.
1.4. Quality Files - Folder
- Click to Open the "Trident_Quality_Data_Entry" Excel File.
- The file will open directly in your web browser (can also be opened directly in Excel)

2. Quality Metrics Data Entry
There are Five (5) Metrics that need to be recorded in the Data Entry File:
- Customer Complaints - Median Time to Close (Type 1 & 3)
- Customer Complaints - Median Time to Close (Type 2)
- Corrective Action Requests (CARS) - Percent Closed by Due Date
- Preventative Maintenance - Percent Completed on Time
- Idea Chest - Percent of Improvement Ideas Implemented
2.1. Customer Complaints - Median Time to Close (Type 1 & 3)
Scroll through the file and look for the following sections:
- Site Name
- Metric
- Month
- Find the intersection of the Month (Column) and Site (Row) and enter your data for the month
Please remember that each month is a cumulative YTD value.
2.2. Continue to enter values for the remaining Metrics
3. Exporting Metric Reports from CPro
The first three (3) out of the five (5) Metrics can be exported directly from CPro
- Customer Complaints - Median Time to Close (Type 1 & 3)
- Customer Complaints - Median Time to Close (Type 2)
- Corrective Action Requests (CARS) - Percent Closed by Due Date
3.1. CPro Reports Page - SharePoint
Follow this tutorial until step 1.1, and then click on "Compliant Pro" under the "Systems" heading
- Click on the "Trident Award Reports" folder
3.2. Trident Award Reports
There are 3 reports located in the folder
- Customer Complaint Median Business Days to Closure
- Corrective Action Percentage Closed on Time
- Customer Complaint Repeat Complaints Percentage (Repeat Complaints are collected in your site's main KPI file.)
3.2.1. VPN Requirement
To run these reports you are required to be on the VPN or on the corporate network inside a company facility.
3.3. Running the Reports
When you click the reports you will be given a prompt to select the Reporting Year
- Choose the desired calendar year from the drop down box
- Click OK
3.4. Processing
You will see this message as your metrics are being calculated.
3.5. Report Results and Export
- To export from excel click the export button at the top of the screen
- You may also Copy and Paste the data for your site from your web browser screen instead of exporting
3.5.1. Select a file format
- Choose "Microsoft Excel (97-2003) Data-Only
- Select "All Pages" (Default)
- Click "Export"
3.5.2. Open in Excel
